Vent Pro NYC, LLC (“Vent Pro NYC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. We collect only the information we need to schedule service, perform the work, communicate with you, and run our business:

- Service details— the type of dryer vent service requested, building or unit notes, dryer make/model where relevant, photos of the vent run, and appointment history.
- Payment information— processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
- Communications— the content of phone calls, voicemails, text messages, emails, and online form submissions you send to us.
- Website data— basic analytics such as pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring URL.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and perform service appointments.
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival notifications, invoices, and receipts.

3. SMS / text messaging
When you provide your mobile phone number to Vent Pro NYC — by calling us, filling out the online booking form, texting us, or otherwise giving us your number for the purpose of receiving messages — you agree that we may send you text messages related to your service. These may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Technician en-route, arrival, and completion notifications.
- Quotes, invoices, and payment links.
- Follow-up messages and annual service reminders.
- Replies to questions you send us by text.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Vent Pro NYC does not charge you for text messages.
You can reply HELP at any time for assistance, or STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. You can also call us at (718) 541-5567 or email hello@ventpronyc.com to opt out. Opting out of text messages will not affect our ability to deliver scheduled service, but you may need to communicate with us by phone or email instead.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information are restricted from being sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors who support our services (for example, our SMS provider) is permitted only as necessary to deliver the message you requested or that is required by our service relationship.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited ways:
- Service providers we rely on to run our business — for example, our scheduling and CRM platform, our SMS messaging provider (Twilio), our payment processor, our email provider, and analytics providers. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.
- Legal compliance— if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vent Pro NYC, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers— in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.
