Every price Vent Pro NYC lists is a flat rate. Short vent or long vent, light lint or heavy buildup — same price. We never charge by the foot, and the price you book is the price on your invoice. That's how our family-owned company has always worked.

What actually affects the price in NYC
Where the dryer sits
Basement and first-floor dryers are the base rate. Second floor or higher adds a fixed +$50 — never a surprise quote on site.
Stackable units
Closet stacks (washer on the bottom, dryer on top) take safe disassembly and reassembly to reach the vent line, so they price as their own flat tier.
Roof access
Some NYC vent runs exit through the roof. In our flat-rate zone that's simply the top tier — no ladder fees stacked on later.
What's NOT a factor: vent length
Our flat rate covers the full vent line whatever its length. Companies that price by the foot can't tell you the total until they're in your basement.
