Nothing about a clogged gutter looks urgent from the ground. The damage it causes shows up somewhere else entirely — the fascia, the siding, the foundation, the basement.
Water has to go somewhere
A gutter packed with leaves isn't a gutter — it's a trough. Water pours over the lip in a sheet exactly where the gutter was supposed to carry it away from.
The fascia rots first
The board your gutter hangs on sits right behind the clog, soaking. It's the first thing to go soft, and it's the part nobody looks at until the gutter is hanging off it.
It ends up in the basement
Water that sheets off the roofline lands against the foundation instead of running to the downspout. Enough of that, often enough, and it finds a way in.
Winter makes it worse
A clogged gutter holds water, and held water freezes. Ice dams push under the shingles and force meltwater backwards into the roof.

Single-story home

Same 100 feet — taller ladders and more setup.
Both prices cover the whole job. Clearing the runs, flushing the downspouts, hauling the debris away, photos of the work, and cleanup underneath.
More than 100 feet of gutter, a downspout packed solid, or guards that have to come off first will add to it — we’ll tell you what before we start the work, never after.
Homes only, up to two stories
This service is for houses. We don’t take commercial or multi-unit gutter work, and two stories is our limit — if your roofline is higher than that, or the roof is steep, we’re not the right call. We’d rather tell you now than send someone up a ladder that doesn’t belong there. We clean gutters; we don’t install or repair them.
