Your dryers only earn
when they're running.
A laundromat dryer works harder in a week than a home dryer works in a year. Lint packs the hoses, coats the duct runs, and fills the shared stacks — and long before it's a fire risk, it's already costing you: longer cycles, higher bills, and machines out of service. We clean the whole path, on your schedule. Brooklyn only.
Why it matters
Lint costs you money long before it starts a fire.
The fire is the reason everybody brings it up. The bill is the reason it’s worth doing on a schedule.
Two cycles to do one cycle's work
A restricted vent can't carry heat and moisture out, so the load takes longer to dry. Your customer waits, feeds the machine again, or goes somewhere else.
You pay for the same load twice
Every extra minute of run time is gas or electric you're buying to do work the machine already should have finished. It's a small number per load and a large one per year.
Machines wear out faster
Motors and heating elements working against back-pressure run hotter and fail sooner. A machine on a repair call isn't earning, and the part isn't cheap.
And then there's the lint itself
Lint is the leading cause of dryer fires, and a commercial bank produces it faster than anything in a home — collecting in the one place nobody can see.
What we do
Every machine, and the stacks they feed.
Commercial dryer vent and duct cleaning for Brooklyn laundromats — lint traps, transition hoses, full duct runs, and the shared stacks your machines vent into. A laundromat dryer runs more cycles in a week than a home dryer runs in a year, and the lint load follows. We take commercial dryer banks generally, laundromat or not — Brooklyn only.
- Lint trap and transition hose cleaned on every machine
- Individual duct runs cleaned back to the stack
- Shared stacks and rooftop or wall terminations cleared
- Lint removed from the floor and from behind the machines
- Airflow checked machine by machine after cleaning
- A written record of what was cleaned and when
- Scheduling around your hours, including overnight
The shared stack is usually the real problem
When several machines vent into one line, that line loads up faster than any single run behind any single dryer — and it’s the part nobody can see or reach. Plenty of shops have had the machines cleaned and never had the stack touched, which is why the dryers got slow again a few months later. We clean both, and we tell you what we found.
Pricing
We quote this one. Here’s why.
We publish flat prices for every residential service we offer — you can see them all on our pricing page. This is the one we don’t, and we’d rather explain that than pretend otherwise.
A twelve-machine shop with short side-wall runs and a forty-machine shop sharing two roof stacks are the same service and completely different jobs. Four things move the number, and none of them can be answered from a web form:
- How many dryers you're running
- How they're ducted — individual runs, shared stacks, or both
- Where the lines terminate: side wall, or up on the roof
- How much of the floor can be down, and when
So we come look, and then you get a firm number — before any work starts, with no deposit and no obligation to say yes.
This is usually worth doing on a schedule. Commercial dryers load up fast enough that a one-time clean tends to undo itself. We’ll tell you how fast your floor actually loads up after the first visit, and you can decide from there — as a standing price you plan around, rather than a surprise when a machine quits.
Brooklyn only — but not laundromats only
Two things worth being straight about. Commercial work is Brooklyn-only for now — we’d rather do one borough properly, on the overnight schedule these jobs need, than spread a small crew across five. Our residential dryer vent cleaning does cover the rest of NYC, Deal NJ, and the Five Towns, and if you’re just over the borough line, ask anyway — we’ll tell you straight rather than string you along.
But inside Brooklyn, it doesn’t have to be a laundromat. A gym with towel service, a hotel, a building with a shared laundry room — same job, same lint, same stacks. The machine count changes, not the method.

I knew something was up when my clothing was taking forever to dry but when the check vent light went on I knew it was a fire hazard. Eyal responded to my text in minutes, booked an appointment on the spot for the next day and showed up on time. He didn't mind that I was standing over to watch the whole process and boy was it satisfying. I couldn't believe the lint that was living in the dryer, behind the wall and at the exit vent on the side of my house. This is not the DIY job you think it is. well worth the visit!
Eli from Ventpro was not only knowledgeable but also extremely kind. As a woman at home with a small child I felt super safe with Eli which is always a concern with people coming to service the home. He did the job, cleaned up afterwards and also left me with some great tips for our washer even though he came to fix the dryer. Will have him come back again and again.
Chinae A.Verified Google reviewAmazing service and very friendly serviceman. Very fair price compared to other companies, he went above and beyond removing a bird's nest from our pipe (as shown in the photos) and didn't charge extra from the price I was told over the phone. He also answers text messages which is a bonus. He came to the rescue very quickly, and he also resolved the issue in no time. He informed me that the landlord should be responsible for the payment. Highly recommend!
Shirly G.Verified Google reviewFantastic, professional service! Eyal provided excellent dryer vent cleaning, with options offered at fair pricing. A nice person too, being flexible when our schedule had to change due to circumstances beyond our control, accommodating all our needs on the day of our service.
Shari S.Google · Local GuideWe would definitely recommend Vent pro NYC. Eyal is very nice, professional, and accommodating. It is always easy to schedule an appointment with him and he does a great job. I can rest assured that my dryer vent is clean and safe after he leaves.
Muriel B.Verified Google reviewHe was so professional, and clean. This is a must for every household to do yearly!
Mariel D.Verified Google reviewMy dryer was taking 90+ minutes to dry a load of clothing. I wasn't sure if I needed a new dryer or just a good cleaning. Eyal came, right away I might add, and said he would check first to see if it's working because he wouldn't charge me for cleaning a broken dryer. Once he confirmed that my dryer was fine he went in and did a thorough cleaning. I can't believe the lint that was coming out of my dryer! He did an excellent job and will definitely recommend him and use him again!
SheriGoogle · Local GuideEyal was very professional. Arrived with all necessary equipment about 15 mins earlier than appointment time. Did a very good job and cleaned out our dryer vents. He took the time to explain how to maintain it and also cleaned up by vacuuming the debris. Very pleasant person to deal with. I have already booked complete duct cleaning with his company.
